Effective 19 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Kreatorhive LLP (“Kreatorhive”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in Bangalore, India (CIN: ACX-1581), which owns and operates the ColabPetals platform (“ColabPetals”, the “Platform”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Platform.
ColabPetals is a marketplace that connects brands (“Brands”) with content creators (“Creators”) to run influencer-marketing campaigns. It provides tools for creator discovery, campaign creation, applications and invitations, content submission and approval, and payment tracking. ColabPetals is not a party to any agreement a Brand and Creator reach through a campaign — we provide the platform that facilitates it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use ColabPetals. Brand accounts represent that they have authority to bind the business they register. We may require identity or business verification (including a registered business email or website) before a Brand account can publish paid campaigns.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
Creators may connect Instagram and/or YouTube accounts, and any account may sign in with Google, to verify identity and pull publicly available audience and engagement data. You authorize ColabPetals to access this data through the relevant platform’s official API under your explicit consent, and you remain subject to that platform’s own terms of service. You can disconnect a linked account at any time from your dashboard; doing so may limit features that depend on that connection.
Brands are solely responsible for the accuracy of campaign briefs, budgets, and requirements they publish. Creators are solely responsible for the content they submit, including that it doesn’t infringe any third party’s rights and complies with applicable advertising-disclosure laws (for example, disclosing paid partnerships as required in your jurisdiction and by the platform the content is posted on).
Unless a campaign’s terms state otherwise, a Creator grants the Brand a license to use approved deliverables for the purposes described in that campaign once the Brand has approved and paid for them. Ownership and usage rights beyond that should be agreed between the Brand and Creator directly — ColabPetals does not itself take ownership of campaign content.
Brand subscriptions and campaign payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. ColabPetals tracks deliverables against payouts so that funds are only released once agreed work is approved, but ColabPetals is not a bank and does not guarantee any payment outcome between a Brand and a Creator beyond what the platform’s own escrow/tracking logic controls.
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations on income earned through the Platform.
You agree not to:
The ColabPetals name, logo, and platform software are owned by Kreatorhive LLP. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you. Content you submit remains yours (or your licensor’s), subject to the license you grant as described in Section 5.
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us (see the Contact page). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a risk to other users or the Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. ColabPetals is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising between a Brand and a Creator, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
